TANZANIA RIVER-CROSSING MIGRATION

8 DAYS - POPULAR ROUTES

July through September is the peak of dry season, hottest months whereas the migration head up to northern Serengeti. This is a famous show which takes place each year as the wildebeest will cross the Mara River to the side of Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve. Big crocodiles inhabitant in the river benefit and prey on the weak/ old animals at this time (happen once in a year). Depend on weather in the Serengeti, it is not guaranteed to witness the crossing but, our package accommodates 2 nights near the river so, will increase chances to witness this show. During this movement of the animals, most of the predator's actions are easy to be seen along the Mara River and other nearest spots.
